Esta comunicación verbal consiste en frases o palabras que le dices a tu perro
cada vez que le pones el arnés. Esto alerta al perro de que la fase de
exploración de la zona ha acabado y ahora toca ponerse a trabajar. Mientras
pones el arnés a tu perro, sigue motivándole con tus palabras hasta que le
presentes el artículo de olor. Hazlo siempre así, sin importar si estás trabajando
en un caso real o en un entrenamiento, porque seguir una rutina es importante.”

“...While you regain control and start
waking to the harness, the verbal communication done during the harnessing
phase of your pre-starting ritual starts. This verbal communication consists of
phrases or words that are said every time the dog is being harnessed. It alerts
the dog that the exploration period is over and it is time to go to work. As
the harness is placed on the dog, continue offering the verbal entincement to
work until the scent article is introduced. Always do this regardless of
whether it is a real case or a training session because consistency is
important.”
